I like the one with Rose of Sharon and Connie. In all honesty, I don't think Connie is coming back. Connie never really did anything but raise up Rose of Sharon's hopes. This is like when Michael Phelps didn't swim with actual sharks on shark week. It was very disappointing. Connie is the same exact way. Great job with the memes.
I love the one about Connie being away and Rose of Sharon waiting for him to come home. I agree with Michael in saying that I don't believe that Connie is going to come back. He could make it back miraculously at the end, but I just don't see it. I also like the meme about the farmers when the banks would take their houses. They were pretty skeptical about it and just wanted to stay in them with their family. Nice job!
I agree with all of these and I think that these are funny. I agree with both of them about Connie not coming back. I thought that the one about the banks taking away their homes was pretty accurate to the book and I found the first one funny as well. They all had really high expectations for California and it turned out to be a bust and not what they expected.
These are some great memes, poor Roshasharn. Connie didn't deserve her. Hopefully by the time she really does look like that skeleton she's buried next to whichever worthy guy comes along.
