Printed in 1993, this critical work goes through and has its own chapter on the Grapes of Wrath. It gives a clear and through outlook on every aspect of the GOW that the author thought was necessary. Louis Owens gives helpful insight on the themes, time period, and even the characters. Sadly, on the google preview, it does not give the full book and hides a few pages. To use this source for anyone doing reaction as an essay paper, I feel this would be a great source to use to support their sources.
